Phone insurance

The price of the phone determines the price and deductible for the insurance. The insurance is valid for a maximum of 2 years with a lock-in period of the first 12 months.

iPad insurance

The price of the iPad determines the price and deductible for the insurance. The insurance is valid for a maximum of 2 years with a lock-in period of the first 12 months.

Apple Watch insurance

The price of the Apple Watch determines the price and deductible for the insurance. The insurance is valid for a maximum of 1 years with a lock-in period of the first 12 months.

What is not cover?

👉 Damages are not compensated if the phone has been handled by a person who is not an authorised service provider for your phone.

👉 Damages are not compensated if you lose, forget or leave the device in public.

👉 Damages are not compensated if you damage the phone on purpose.

  • You have two options for insuring your device: you can do it on verna.is or purchase insurance from one of our vendors, such as Nova, Síminn, Vodafone, Tæknivörur, and Macland. To be eligible for insurance, your device must be under 60 days old (with a receipt as confirmation) and free from any prior damage.

  • Our insurance covers a wide range of damages, including liquid damage, impact damage, and theft. However, it does not cover lost or intentionally damaged devices. Minor scratches that do not impede device functionality and malfunctions covered by the device's liability insurance are also not included.

  • Many individuals assume that their home insurance adequately protects their devices. While home insurance offers some security, it may not provide the best coverage for those who truly value their devices.
